intellisense - What is the shortcut for the little auto suggest blue bar in Visual Studio 2012 -

in visual studio, when type in class name or property intellisense doesnt recognise little bluish bar show underneath first letter of word options suggestion namespace import , refactor etc.

does know shortcut open window having mouse on it? can't life of me find on google, because can't find out function called.

i utilize ctrl + . (period) shortcut open menu when bluish bar showing.
