please notice, has nil setting use-commit-times. using svn maintain track of school work (word documents, pdfs, images, etc.). necessary this? have things effect svn's arbitrary properties can used store information. how do this?

subversion not store metadata. hack around creating custom properties record timestamps, need run script update them before performing commit.
